Uncrewed Systems Instructor

RMGS, Inc. is currently recruiting an Uncrewed Systems (UxS) Instructor in Virginia Beach, Virginia. This position is contingent upon contract award. Roles and Responsibilities Support the delivery, assessment, and reporting of MQT programs that align with operational objectivesDeliver curriculum, validate and refine assessment materials, compile training data, and ensure accurate attendance trackingGenerate training reports, update course content to reflect new equipment, and contribute to the overall effectiveness of training initiativesRequired Qualifications and ExperienceActive TS/SCI clearanceHonorable discharge from U.S. militaryAt least 3 years of experience delivering hands-on training with UxS platforms as a designated Military or Civilian-equivalent InstructorBasic Life Support certifications (BLS-AED and CPR)Understanding of high-risk training/safetyCompany OverviewRMGS, Inc. is a growing small business headquartered in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
