You will enhance the relationship between developers and their environment, ensuring that engineering teams can focus on writing high-quality code with minimal friction.What You'll Do Design and maintain internal developer portals to centralize access to tools, resources, and services. Develop and optimize CLI tools and automation to streamline repetitive development tasks and workflows. Create and manage comprehensive documentation and onboarding flows to reduce time-to-productivity for new engineers. Identify and eliminate friction points in the development journey through consistent feedback loops with engineering teams. Implement and advocate for "golden paths" that standardize best practices across the organization.What We Are Looking For 4+ years of experience in Developer Experience, Platform Engineering, or Software Engineering. Proven expertise in building and maintaining internal developer platforms and portals. Hands-on experience developing CLI tools and automating developer onboarding flows. Strong background in creating high-quality technical documentation and improving DX. Proficiency in at least one modern programming language for tooling development.
