This role is designed for recent college graduates who are seeking a longer-term opportunity to build a career in education, leadership, youth development, or academic program management.The Education Coordinator works closely with center leadership and plays an active role in daily instruction, instructor support, and operational coordination. This is not a short-term internship — it is a growth-oriented position with a clear pathway to increased responsibility and advancement.No prior classroom teaching experience is required.
