The Contract Lead role at Level Legal is hands-on management work. You're running 1L review, not performing it. You execute the workflow the Review Manager sets, you make it better where you see room, you QC the team's work and the QC process itself, you spot talent on the team and flag it, and you keep the project's substance at your fingertips so the team can rely on you. If you treat efficiency as a craft, problem-solving as a reflex, and quality as the floor, keep reading. At Level Legal, we give a damn. We get it done right. We show respect.
