Client Service Associate (CSA) Boston, MA | Full-Time A well-established, Boston-based Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) is seeking a Client Service Associate (CSA) to join its growing team. Position Overview The Client Service Associate will support Advisors and play a key role in delivering a high-quality client experience. This individual will act as a central point of coordination across client service, operations, and planning support functions. Key ResponsibilitiesClient Service & Relationship Management Serve as a primary point of support for Advisors, assisting with client communications and service requests Act as a liaison between clients and Advisors to ensure a seamless, responsive experience Maintain strong client relationships through proactive follow-up and coordination Operations & Administrative Support Assist with account maintenance, portfolio administration, and client updates Process service requests with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Maintain organized and up-to-date client records and documentation Advisor & Planning Support Prepare client meeting materials, presentations, and planning documentation Assist in gathering and organizing client financial data for review meetings Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to Advisors Compliance & Accuracy Ensure all client activity is handled in accordance with firm policies and regulatory requirements Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism in handling client information QualificationsRequired Strong organizational and communication skills High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities Professional, client-first mindset Demonstrated interest in pursuing a career in wealth management Preferred Prior experience in client service, financial services, or a professional office environment Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field Exposure to financial planning concepts or investment products is a plus Licensing is not required for this role.
