Public CompanyAbout the RoleThe Company is seeking a Vice President for Veterans Affairs Accounts to serve as a strategic leader in shaping and executing a comprehensive account plan that aligns with the long-term priorities of the customer. The successful candidate will be responsible for strengthening the company's presence within the Department of Veterans Affairs, with a primary focus on VHA and VBA, and elevating its position as a trusted partner. This role involves leading customer engagement, driving innovation, influencing strategic capture efforts, and promoting the full breadth of corporate capabilities. The VP will also be instrumental in reinforcing the company's reputation and expanding its footprint across the VA customer community.Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree (preferably in a technical or health-related field) and at least 15 years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree with a minimum of 13 years of experience. The role requires established relationships and deep expertise within VHA and VBA, as well as a strong understanding of government customers, doctrine, requirements, and operating environments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful account management, the ability to translate innovative ideas into actionable solutions, and experience in operating within a complex, multi-faceted organization. Exceptional communication skills, the ability to engage at all organizational levels, and U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance are also essential.Travel Percent
