Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Concrete Worker, based out of Chicago Heights, IL. The Concrete Worker will be responsible for preparing and building formworks, handling heavy equipment, executing flatwork, and working with ready-mix concrete. The role may involve measuring, pouring, spreading, and smoothing concrete for various construction projects. Qualifications Proficiency in forming and installing formwork for concrete structuresExperience in operating heavy equipment used for concrete constructionSkills in performing flatwork tasks such as leveling, smoothing, and finishing concreteKnowledge of working with and handling ready-mix concreteCarpentry skills applicable to constructing and assembling concrete formsCommitment to workplace safety practices and proceduresPrevious experience in the construction or masonry industry is a plusAbility to work effectively in a team-focused environmentHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred
