Experienced Maintenance Technician- Apartment Community

Established Property Management company is seeking an Maintenance Technician who shares our vision of excellent customer care and professionalism for our Premiere Apartment Community in Harrison Township, MI The right candidate will possess a positive and professional image and be able to work with the community's team to achieve desired goals. The Maintenance Technician will assist the Maintenance Supervisor in community maintenance operations by performing daily maintenance including service requests, grounds and turnovers.
