Manufacturing Engineer
Provide support for manufacturing operations and technical troubleshooting across the facility. Apply structured problem-solving approaches (e.g., DMAIC and CAPA) to identify root causes, recommend effective solutions, and drive corrective actions. Contribute to verification and validation activities to help ensure product and process quality.
Key duties:
- Support daily manufacturing operations and resolve technical issues
- Use DMAIC and CAPA to perform root-cause analysis and gap identification
- Develop and recommend corrective and preventive actions
- Support implementation of corrective actions and follow-through
- Assist with verification and validation activities
- Collaborate with peers and mentors to improve operational performance
- Required Qualifications & SkillsStrong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
- Experience applying DMAIC and CAPA methods
