Hiring: Application Developer – Python & TypescriptLocation: RemoteJob Type: Full-TimeWe are looking for an experienced Application Developer with strong expertise in Python, APIs, AWS, event-driven architecture, and platform engineering.Key Responsibilities• Design and develop scalable backend applications using Python and TypeScript• Build contract-first APIs using OpenAPI/Swagger and API governance best practices• Develop event-driven solutions using Amazon EventBridge, SQS, SNS, Lambda, and other AWS services• Design and implement API integrations, microservices, and reusable platform services• Implement fine-grained authorization using Amazon Verified Permissions and Cedar policies• Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform• Collaborate with Architects, DevOps Engineers, Product Owners, and Engineering teams• Ensure application reliability, security, scalability, observability, and operational excellence• Create automated testing frameworks and implement CI/CD pipelines• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance• Contribute to platform engineering initiatives and improve developer experienceRequired SkillsPython | TypeScript | AWS | API Development | OpenAPI/Swagger | EventBridge | SQS | SNS | Lambda | Microservices | Terraform | Amazon Verified Permissions | Cedar | CI/CD | Event-Driven ArchitectureIf you are interested in exploring this opportunity, I would be happy to connect.
