Requirements:Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) in Physical Therapy required Current Texas Physical Therapy License Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in an outpatient setting Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Strong understanding of clinical operations, productivity metrics, and compliance standards
