This position is ideal for a physical therapist who thrives in both patient care and leadership — someone who can balance hands-on treatment with operational oversight and team mentorship.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily clinical operations and ensure efficient patient flow
Supervise and mentor physical therapists, assistants, and support staff
Manage scheduling, productivity, and compliance with company and state regulations
Maintain high standards of evidence-based clinical practice
Develop and implement quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
Collaborate with executive leadership to achieve organizational goals and growth

Requirements:Qualifications
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) in Physical Therapy required
Current Texas Physical Therapy License
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in an outpatient setting
Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Strong understanding of clinical operations, productivity metrics, and compliance standards
