Our collaborative approach ensures both innovation and quality in all aspects of our operations.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Regional Sales Manager, based in the DFW (or other Texas major market) Metropolitan Area, with some flexibility for remote work. Responsibilities for this role include managing and growing regional sales through high level sales, team leadership, and coaching, developing and implementing sales strategies and training, leading technical sales teams, and maintaining customer relationships. The role also involves supporting business development initiatives, ensuring and fostering a high-performance culture.QualificationsSales expertise, including skills in client relationship management, lead generation, and business developmentSales management capabilities, such as strategy implementation, process improvement, and team leadershipTechnical proficiency in mechanical systems and providing solutions to complex technical challengesAdaptability to hybrid work environments, prioritizing tasks effectively, and managing time efficientlyStrong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate across departments and with external stakeholdersProven track record in achieving goals and maximizing revenue within a sales or technical roleBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferredExperience in the construction or mechanical contracting industry is highly desirable
