Success in this role creates a clear pathway to expanded leadership as the company scalesThe RoleAs the senior leader for Southwest Florida operations, you will own both commercial performance and local execution.Key responsibilities:Build and execute a sales pipeline from scratchDrive full-cycle sales from prospecting through closeDevelop and manage customer relationships and service deliveryOversee local operations, performance, and revenue growthThis role requires a balance of:Sales leadership and executionTechnical fluency in IT infrastructureOperational accountabilityWhat We’re Looking For5+ years selling managed IT services, colocation, cloud, or similar B2B technology solutionsProven ability to independently generate and close new business (hunter mentality)Technical fluency in infrastructure, managed services, networking, and cybersecurity fundamentalsStrong consultative selling skills across complex, multi-stakeholder dealsAbility to communicate effectively with both technical executives and non-technical business ownersEntrepreneurial mindset with comfort operating in ambiguity and building from zeroAbility to work independently while remaining aligned with executive leadership in Pittsburgh.Existing relationships within the Southwest Florida region, or broader Florida business community.Experience building or contributing to a sales process, or CRM pipeline from an early-stage commercial environment.Familiarity with compliance frameworks relevant to regional verticals (HIPAA, CMMC, SOC 2, PCI-DSS).Experience selling to or serving healthcare, legal, financial services, construction, or government clients.Prior P&L or general management responsibility, even in a small-business context.Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally and occasionally to PittsburghAuthorization to work in the United StatesCompensation & BenefitsCompensation: $180,000- $220,000 annual on-target earnings (OTE), inclusive of base salary and variable commission with uncapped upside.Variable compensation includes recurring revenue commissions on managed services contracts and one-time commissions on colocation leases, with accelerators for over-performanceBenefits:Medical, dental, vision, flex spending, life, and disability coverageFlexible/discretionary paid time off and company-paid holidaysCompany-provided technology and mobile phone allowanceMileage and travel reimbursement
