Florida Licensed Senior Accountant

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant who will ensure accurate financial reporting and manage core accounting functions. Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP or SAP Reconcile general ledger accounts and investigate discrepancies Support month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries and accruals Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in the insurance industry CPA or CPA candidate preferred; public accounting or audit experience valued Strong knowledge of GAAP and ability to apply accounting principles to complex transactions Proficiency with accounting systems and advanced Excel skills
