Acting as the voice of the customer for technology delivery teams, this role partners closely with business product managers and Investments stakeholders to define product vision, roadmaps, and features that align to business outcomes.The role combines strong domain knowledge, technical expertise, and agile practices to translate complex business needs into scalable, user-centric solutions. In addition, RGA provides an annual bonus plan that includes all roles and some positions are eligible for participation in our long-term equity incentive plan.
