A company is looking for a Customer Service Advocate III to resolve complex issues for members or providers.Key ResponsibilitiesAssess and research customer service needs, initiating corrective actions as necessaryProvide support and guidance on complex member or provider issues to ensure high-quality serviceDocument customer information and communications for quality and performance trackingRequired QualificationsHigh School diploma or GED required2 - 4 years of related experience requiredMay require vocational or technical education in addition to prior work experienceAbility to work Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm CSTMust be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship
