This role serves as a key liaison between providers, vendors, and employees while ensuring smooth clinic workflows, regulatory compliance, and accurate administrative coordination.Benefits:10 Paid Holidays!Medical, Dental, and VisionLife, Disability, and Accident InsuranceCEU Reimbursement for Professional License holdersPTOEAPPet Insurance & more!Key ResponsibilitiesClinic & Provider CoordinationCoordinate daily onsite clinical operations across multiple locationsSchedule advanced practice providers for clinic coverageManage vendor relationships supporting onsite careCoordinate employee scheduling for onsite provider visitsAnswer inbound calls and triage requests appropriatelyAdministrative & Clerical SupportPerform clerical duties including requesting medical records for workers' compensation cases.Assist in organizing employee follow-up care and documentation.Maintain and update client trackers and operational documentation.Oversight / management of e-mail inboxes (Medical Services).Data Management & ReportingUtilize tracking software for tracking, reporting, scheduling, and data collection.Ensure accurate and timely recordkeeping across all clinic operationsRequired QualificationsLicensed medical professional in the state of Wisconsin (MA, LPN, RN) with 3 years' experienceActive BLS certificationExperience with onsite clinical charting systemsStrong proficiency in Microsoft ExcelExcellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skillsWork Environment & Physical RequirementsClinical, administrative, and industrial settingsFrequent standing, walking, sitting, bending, and computer useAbility to occasionally lift up to 3050 poundsUnify Health Services is committed to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace where all employees feel valued.
