Successful outcomes start and finish with eNGINE . eNGINE is hiring a Business Intelligence Developer to join our client's team in Houston, PA. This individual will play a key role in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise data solutions that empower business users with actionable insights. This is a hybrid position, with an on-site presence expected 3 days/week. What You'll Do: Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using SQL Server and SSIS to ensure data availability and accuracy Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and translate them into BI solutions Provide hands-on support for our enterprise data warehouse and related reporting tools Troubleshoot and resolve issues in data pipelines and reporting environments Assist with designing data architecture and documentation of systems including flow diagrams and technical guides Actively participate in tool upgrades, solution testing, and ongoing process improvement Partner with stakeholders across departments to support evolving business intelligence needs Contribute to the BI roadmap and help drive data transformation initiatives What We're Looking For: 4+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server and ETL development (tables, stored procedures, SSIS packages, job scheduling) Availability to monitor and troubleshoot ETL jobs during non-business hours as needed Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities Knowledge of SDLC principles and change management best practices Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams A proactive, self-motivated mindset with the ability to work independently and within a team Curiosity to understand industry-specific business operations, particularly in the builder supply or construction space Nice to Have Experience with Azure DevOps , Visual Studio , and Azure Data Factory (ADF) Previous work in an industry with field teams or distributed users No 3rd party candidates, relocation or sponsorship for this role.
