Mitigation Manager

EHS Restoration, a leader in the insurance restoration industry, specializes in providing comprehensive solutions for property damage caused by fire, water, and other disasters. Our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction drives our success, and we are looking for an experienced Mitigation Manager to join our dynamic team. Position Summary: The Mitigation Manager will be responsible for overseeing all mitigation activities within our organization, ensuring that restoration projects are executed efficiently and effectively. This role will collaborate with our clients to assess damages, develop mitigation plans, and lead a team of technicians throughout the restoration process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in disaster recovery, an understanding of insurance protocols, and exceptional leadership skills. We are not Plumber chasers. If that is your only experience within the industry there is no need to apply. We specialize in commercial and high value clientele Qualifications: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in the restoration industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role. - Relevant certifications (IICRC, Xactimate, etc.) are desirable but not mandatory - Strong understanding of insurance policies, restoration processes, and mitigation strategies. - Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
