Our programs attract hundreds of thousands of consumer votes each year and involve tens of thousands of participating businesses, making them some of the most visible and trusted recognition programs in their markets.Through these programs, they provide businesses with promotional opportunities that help them leverage their recognition and increase their visibility with consumers.Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Advertising & Sponsorship Sales Executive to sell sponsorships, advertising, and membership opportunities across our awards programs.This is a relationship-driven sales role focused primarily on warm leads within our existing database of nominees, finalists, and participating businesses.Company is intentionally looking for someone who thrives in a startup-style environment. The ideal candidate is a self-directed sales professional who can create their own structure, manage their own outreach strategy, and build a repeatable sales process over time.If you prefer a highly structured sales organization with rigid processes and heavy oversight, this role may not be the right fit. We are looking for a builder who can see the end goal and take ownership of how to get there.Key ResponsibilitiesSell advertising, sponsorship, and membership opportunities tied to our regional awards programs across the countryContact nominees and participating businesses to build relationships and introduce promotional opportunitiesConduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and text messagingManage inbound inquiries from businesses interested in participatingTrack activity and manage contacts using our proprietary dashboardDevelop and refine your own outreach and follow-up processes to maximize sales performanceEducate businesses on how our promotional products help them leverage their recognition and grow their visibilityConsistently work toward and achieve sales targetsLead Sources80% outbound outreach to businesses within our internal nominee and participant database20% inbound inquiries from businesses interested in participatingRelationship-building calls to nominees and finalistsProducts SoldSales will focus on promotional opportunities tied to our awards programs, including:Program sponsorshipsAdvertising placementsMembership programsPromotional features for nominees and winnersTypical deal sizes average around $1,500, with larger sponsorship opportunities available.QualificationsProven track record in advertising, media, or marketing salesStrong phone-based selling skillsExperience selling to business owners and decision makersAbility to independently manage outreach and follow-upHighly organized and self-motivated in a remote environmentComfortable working in an evolving sales environment without rigid systemsExperience building or refining sales processes is a plusIdeal Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate is:Self-motivated and proactiveComfortable building their own systems and workflowRelationship-oriented with strong communication skillsConfident leading conversations with business ownersCapable of working independently without micromanagementWe are looking for a builder-someone who can envision the end goal and take ownership of creating the path to achieve it.Where We Are:Diverse Staffing McDonough896 Hampton RoadMcDonough, GA 30253Phone: (470) 613-5627Email: OnlineAppsMcDonough@DiverseStaffing.comInterested?
