Project Coordinator, AI Data Collection

Firstsource is seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to support the onsite delivery of a large-scale AI data collection program. In this role, you will coordinate participant sessions, manage schedules and logistics, maintain compliance documentation, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations across multiple recording locations.This is an ideal opportunity for someone with experience in project coordination, event operations, research operations, field operations, or administrative program support who enjoys working in fast-paced, people-focused environments.East Bay (Tri-city – Fremont, Newark, Union City), CA (Onsite)1099 Independent ContractorInitial 2.5-Month Engagement with Potential Extension to 6 monthsWhat You'll DoCoordinate onsite data collection activities across multiple locations.Manage schedules, logistics, and day-to-day session operations.Serve as the primary point of contact for participants and project teams.Oversee participant onboarding, attendance tracking, and engagement.Ensure site readiness and compliance with project requirements.Monitor data collection quality and operational standards.Identify and resolve operational challenges in a fast-paced environment.Maintain project documentation, records, and reporting.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support successful project delivery.What We're Looking For2+ years of experience in project coordination, operations, event coordination, field operations, research operations, recruiting coordination, or a related role.Strong organizational and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between Bay Area locations.
