Martie intercepts that excess and turns it into an opportunity forshoppers, for brands, and for the planet.We’re looking for a Designer to bring the Martie brand to life across campaigns, marketingchannels, and brand assets. This is a hands-on production role for someone early in their careerwho is sharp, fast, and deeply interested in building a brand that people genuinely love. You’llwork closely with the Brand and Marketing team, and your work will show upeverywhere — email, social, site, ads, vendor materials, and campaign creative.What You’ll DoCampaign Creative• Design campaign assets across channels — paid social, email, organic social, andon-site — that are on-brand, attention-grabbing, and built to perform.• Support campaign launches from brief to final assets: sizing, versioning, and formattingfor every placement.• Iterate quickly based on performance data and feedback — you’re comfortable makingsomething great and then making it better.Brand Visuals & Assets• Produce brand assets that maintain consistency across every touchpoint — templates,graphics, iconography, and visual elements that make Martie instantly recognizable.• Help maintain and evolve Martie’s visual identity as the brand grows — keeping assetsorganized, up to date, and easy for the team to use.• Support vendor-facing materials: pitch decks, one-pagers, and partner assets thatrepresent Martie professionally and on-brand.Day-to-Day Design Support• Turn around design requests quickly and reliably — the team moves fast and needs adesigner who can keep pace.• Collaborate with the CMO, VP Brand & Strategic Partnerships, and growth and retentionteams on briefs, feedback rounds, and final delivery.• Contribute ideas. You’re not just executing briefs — you’re a creative voice on a smallteam where good ideas are welcomed from everyone.What We’re Looking For• 1–3 years of design experience, ideally in a brand, marketing, or agency context. Astrong portfolio matters more than years on a resume.• Proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Motion or video editing skills are a plus.• A strong eye for typography, color, layout, and the visual details that separate gooddesign from great design.• Experience designing for digital channels — social, email, and paid ads — with anunderstanding of how format and platform affect creative.• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift and turnaroundtimes are tight.• Organized and reliable — you manage your own workload, communicate proactively,and deliver on time.• Genuine interest in Martie’s brand and mission — you want to help build something, notjust execute tasks.What We Offer• A front-row seat to building a brand from the ground up at a mission-driven, high-growthcompany.• Direct access to senior creative and marketing leadership — you’ll learn fast and yourwork will matter.• Competitive compensation for an early-career role.• A small, high-energy team that cares about the work and the missionHow to ApplySend resume to:
