Project documentation: Draft and maintain detailed timelines, objectives, and deliverables based on functional and technical input from the working groups. Risk and dependency management: Develop and monitor risk registries and identify critical dependencies across various workstreams to ensure milestones are met. Meeting facilitation: Schedule and facilitate working group activities, ensuring progress is tracked and action items are clearly documented and followed. Communication systems: Implement and manage effective communication structures across all working groups to maintain alignment and provide timely status updates to the strategic lead.Qualifications and requirements: 5 - 7 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN THE FOLLOWINGLife sciences experience: Demonstrated experience managing projects within life sciences data management, bioinformatics, or data strategy environments. Communication skills: Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and management. Technical literacy: Ability to understand and utilize bioinformatics and data management vocabulary to translate requirements into actionable plans. Tools: Proficiency in Smartsheet and Confluence is highly preferred.
