Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Scheduler located in Henrico, VA. The Production Scheduler will be responsible for developing and managing production schedules, coordinating with various teams, maintaining production efficiency, and ensuring timely project completion. Additional responsibilities include overseeing inventory control and collaborating with team members to address scheduling challenges. Qualifications Proficiency in creating and managing production schedules and planning processesStrong analytical skills with the ability to assess and improve operational workflowsExcellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and external partnersExperience in inventory control and ensuring resource availabilityStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsProficiency in project management tools and software is a plusPrior experience in construction or contracting industries is a strong advantageHigh school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in operations or production management are a plus
