We are building a pipeline of qualified candidates for anticipated future opportunities.Position SummaryThe Field Technical Representative (FTR) role exists to support company aircraft in performing all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on Gulfstream G-IV aircraft assigned to customers.Company Compensation and PerksRelocation not required, role requires 100% travelComprehensive Benefits offeredMedical, Dental, VisionHSA/FSALife Insurance, Long-Term and Short-Term DisabilityEmployee Assistance Program401(k) with Company MatchPaid Time Off (PTO)Company Wellness ProgramKey ResponsibilitiesPerform all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on assigned aircraft, ensuring aircraft is available for customer flight missionsMaintain company aircraft and equipment to the highest standardManage daily tasks independently to accomplish job responsibilitiesCommunicate critical information to Maintenance Control and Operations ManagerAct as a customer service representative with tasks as requested by managementAssist pilots with aircraft servicing and pre-/post-flight activitiesEstablish relationships with other service providers at each location the plane is stationedMaintain parts inventory and coordinate with Dynamic Aviation Logistics personnelBook own travel per company policyMay be required to assist other business segments with maintenance servicesOther duties as assignedRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or GEDFAA A&P certificate1 year of Gulfstream G-IV (or similar) maintenance experienceValid driver's license with clean driving recordAbility to travel away from home location for approximately 40 days on a rotational basis according to customer needs and make travel arrangements on short term notice for movement from one location to anotherComputer skills including email and submission of detail maintenance and flight informationStrong customer service skillsGood teamwork, strong initiative, communication, problem solving, troubleshooting and decision-making skillsPreferred QualificationsFAA IAFormal training on G-IVAdditional RequirementsAbility to travel as requiredAbility to lift, balance, and carry 50 lbs, crawl in and out of tight spaces, and predominantly work in enclosed hangars, occasionally in exterior weather conditions or elevated heightsPossess and maintain a valid passportIt is the policy of Dynamic Aviation to prohibit and eliminate discrimination on grounds of race, color, religion, sex, (including pregnancy, childbirth or related medical conditions), sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, ancestry, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or any other characteristics protected by law.
