Referral Coordinator

DoveLewis Veterinary Emergency and Specialty Hospital is hiring a full-time Referral Coordinator to join our Client Experience Team. If you are detail-oriented and have a genuine love of and respect for all animals, we would love to hear from you!About This PositionAs a Referral Coordinator you will act as a liaison between pet owners, referring veterinarians (rDVMs), and DoveLewis’ Specialty departments. You will be tasked with coordinating appointments, managing medical record communications, and supporting a seamless client experience from check-in to discharge. Our ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, an eye for detail and organization and, above all, a genuine love of animals and an appreciation for the human-animal bond.Wage Range: 22-24 hourly depending on experience, education, and certification.Schedule: This position is anticipated to be Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week.
