Senior Technical Services Engineer

MongoDB is seeking a Technical Services Engineer based in Austin for our hybrid working model. You will solve complex MongoDB problems for large customers, advise on architecture, performance, recovery, and security across the MongoDB ecosystem including Atlas and Cloud Manager. You’ll collaborate with product and engineering teams, develop internal tooling, and mentor customers in best practices for running MongoDB at scale.
