IT Manager Banking (Jack Henry / Microsoft Hyper-V)A regional bank is seeking a hands-on IT leader to run infrastructure, core banking technology, cybersecurity, and vendors. This is a player-coach role with real ownership and executive visibility. You must have: Networking switches and routers, telephone system management, AS400 hands on experience, ability to write Jack Henry queries Direct support of a Jack Henry core (SilverLake / CIF 20/20 / Core Director) Jack Henry query experience is a must Administration of Microsoft Hyper-V virtual server environments 10+ years IT experience in a bank or credit union Experience with audits/regulatory expectations (FDIC/OCC/State) You will: Oversee core banking systems, networks, and security Lead upgrades, integrations, and DR/BCP readiness Manage vendors, budget, and IT staff Provide escalation support (occasional after-hours) 100% on-site leadership role with strong impact on bank operations.
