This team partners with finance and accounting executives to advise on complex accounting issues, risk and regulatory challenges, and accounting productivity. We support companies to improve the productivity and efficiency of people and processes to resolve critical gaps in close processes and financial reporting.The Senior Consultant will collaborate with various teams and help support and execute client engagements by: Performing high quality client work and supporting client relationships for CFO advisory service assignments, including taking a proactive approach and anticipating client needs.Assisting with the current state financial close processes and supporting implementation of best practices to improve timeliness and accuracy of the closeAssisting in the implementation of controls over financial reportingContributing to project management efforts for finance related projects, including purchase accounting, restatements, account reviews, finance IT system assessments and implementations, and change managementSupporting the implementation of controllership activities including key account reconciliations, accounting policies and procedures, the adoption of technical accounting standards, and other financial controls documentationHelping support and occasionally lead engagement work streams and projects with limited oversight Serving as a positive role model to mentor and support junior team members How You’ll GrowThe performance expectation for our client’s finance function is at a new peak, and the demands placed on a CFO have never been greater.This is where you can step in and make an immediate impact.
