There are various preventative/coaching programs for things like weight loss, living with diabetes, wellness coaching, etc. Customers are able to take courses from 13 different programs at their own pace to earn rewards toward their health insurance. Quit for Life is the quit smoking program they're working on specifically at this time. Team Size & Breakdown: Agile, 2 week sprints Mix of back end and front end devs High-Level Individual Duties: Support new feature development for web and mobile platforms Work on third party integrations into the platform Work within a complex system environment with approximately 20-22 microservices that are communicating with each other
