You’ll step into a structured, supportive environment where you can influence site culture, shape programs, and make a genuine impact on resident wellbeing.Working on an 8:6 FIFO roster out of Perth, this role is suited to someone who thrives in a people-focused environment and understands the importance of wellbeing in remote operations.What’s On Offer$106,146 + Super8:6 FIFO roster out of PerthJoin a new contract with an established team already in placeStrong site culture with excellent retentionAccommodation, meals, PPE and uniforms providedAccess to employee benefits and support programsOngoing career progression and professional development opportunitiesThe OpportunityAs Lifestyle Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for delivering social, recreational, and wellbeing initiatives that enhance the day-to-day experience of residents on site.This is a hands-on, engagement-focused role, where you’ll connect with a diverse workforce and create opportunities for interaction, recovery, and overall wellbeing in a FIFO environment.You’ll play a key role in building a positive, inclusive “home away from home” culture across the village.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, coordinate and deliver social, recreational and sporting activitiesOrganise themed events, competitions, and community engagement initiativesDeliver fitness and wellbeing programs, including group sessions and recovery-based activitiesPromote upcoming events through communications, calendars, and site engagementSupport residents with general health, fitness, and wellbeing guidanceContribute to site inductions to promote available lifestyle servicesMaintain activity records and provide basic reportingEnsure all activities are delivered in line with WHS and site requirementsWork collaboratively with Village Management and other departmentsAbout YouYou’re a people-first professional who enjoys engaging with others and creating a positive, inclusive environment.You’re confident working independently, building relationships, and delivering initiatives that improve morale and wellbeing in a FIFO setting.You Will HaveDemonstrated experience in a FIFO or mine site environment (required)Background in fitness, wellbeing, recreation, or similar rolesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to engage a diverse workforce and encourage participationA proactive, organised approach to planning and deliveryA genuine passion for health, wellbeing, and community engagementRequirementsFull Australian working rightsValid C Class Driver’s LicenceAbility to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screeningCurrent National Police Check (valid within the last 3 months)Certificate IV in Fitness (mandatory)First Aid & CPR CertificationLocation Requirement:Candidates must be Perth-based (or able to commute to Perth for flights) or reside in Kalgoorlie.Apply NowIf you’re looking to make a real impact, build community, and deliver meaningful wellbeing initiatives in a FIFO environment, apply now.Mid-June to July starts are available.
