Software Engineer

We’re looking for an engineer who ships fast, owns problems, and can take features from idea → production in hours, not days:2+ years building production AI agents (voice, chat, workflow automations, or LLM-driven tools).Expert in Next.js, React, Tailwind, TypeScript — you can craft beautiful and functional UIs quickly.Strong backend experience with Python and PostgreSQL.Hands-on with AWS and Google Cloud (Lambda, EC2, S3, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, etc.).Comfortable deploying & scaling services with Kubernetes.Know vector DBs (Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate) and context/prompt engineering cold.Understand LLM-generated code and know when to use it — and when not to.Ship production code daily, move quickly, and fix things in real time.Communicate clearly and think like an owner — proactive, resourceful, optimistic.Bonus:Experience with ML pipelines, embedding models, or fine-tuning small models.Experience with voice infra (VAPI, Twilio, WebRTC), or legal software integrations.Prior early-stage startup experience (0 → 1).Excellent English and Tajik (optional)Who we are:Wayco is building the most advanced AI legal operator across voice for automated case workflows.
