Responsibilities Maintain a caseload of 3-6 clients. Meet with clients and caregivers on a regular basis to provide time‑limited, individualized, and behaviorally focused mental health support services to youth and their families to further treatment goals and ensure successful transition of clients and their families. Collaborate with treatment team members to provide crisis intervention and mental health services. Cultivate relationships and maintain communication with all treatment team members including participation in treatment reviews, IEP meetings, and other client related meetings. Coordinate and implement overall services and treatment for assigned clients, including assessment, treatment planning, evaluation of progress, and termination. Complete treatment plans, functional behavioral assessments, progress notes, monthly reports, and other required documentation accurately and in a timely manner. Maintain accurate and complete client charts and records to county and agency standards. Participate in weekly individual and group supervision and all program meetings and trainings. Maintain accurate paperwork including time sheets and mileage reimbursement. Qualifications Education/Experience requirements: Bachelor’s degree OR Associate’s degree or equivalent + 1 year of applicable experience OR High School Diploma/GED + 2 years of applicable experience (Applicable experience can include paid or unpaid experience working with youth or families or working in the social services field). Flexible schedule with the ability to work some evening hours as needed. Must be at least 21 years of age. Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and insurability through Seneca Family of Agencies’ insurance policy. TB test clearance, fingerprinting clearance, and any other state/federal licensing or certification requirements. Preferred Bilingual in Spanish. Experience providing crisis assessment, management, and interventions. Experience writing progress notes and other therapeutic documentation. Schedule Full-time; Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm. Hybrid; provide in-person services & complete documentation remotely. Benefits Starting at $26.22 - $28.72 per hour, commensurate with experience. Additional compensation provided upon passing bilingual language proficiency exam. Salary increases each year. Mileage reimbursement. 5 weeks of Paid Time off and 11 Paid Holidays.
