ACF2 Security Engineer

Acf2 Mainframe EngineerKey Skills:ACF2CA/ACF2Z/OSClient is looking for a Security Systems Engineer to support ACF2 Security and ZOS environment. As a member of the team, you will use your expertise and experience to support and maintain Client's mission critical platform. In addition, apply maintenance to ACF2 platform and other core supporting mainframe capabilities.This position will assist in implementing system and security controls to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Client's IT assets. This position will be responsible for the supporting the mainframe services and lifecycle governance processes around ACF2 user authentication and resource access.Specific responsibilities:Implement industry-aligned system and security controls to Client platforms which balance the complex, global demands of Client business users with the objectives of securing assets appropriately within the mainframeCreate and update technical documentation including design documents, standard operating procedures, and runbooksCollaborate and communicate with Security Consulting, Enterprise Infrastructure and other internal departments and vendor partners to deliver and troubleshoot solutionsProvide problem solving expertise and assist in troubleshooting of system-related issues to restore services in a timely manner to include ACF2 or other mainframe technologies, IAM systems and authentication, authorization and encryption technologies, solutions, and best practicesFollow and apply configuration and security standards and policies within the Client Enterprise Change Management processEnsure that system improvements and changes follow enterprise change management procedures and are implemented correctly and completely, and monitor all effects of modificationsEstablish and recommend policies and standards for system access and controlsServe as a technical expert for second and third-level support teamsMinimum Qualifications:Extensive knowledge of z/OS System & SecurityA minimum of 20 years' experience with ZOSExperience with ZOS assembler exitsExperience with REXX/CLIST programmingExperience establishing SSL and Digital Certificate, risk assessment, business continuity/DR, etc.Software/Application security (i.e.: z/OS, CICS, DB2, IMS, MQSeries, JES2), z/OS System and Sub-System knowledge (i.e.
