We're Hiring Unpaid Interns:Electro is reinventing hydration with a functional electrolyte chewing gum built for athletes. Our product fuels focus, performance, and recovery, and we partner with college athletes nationwide along with pros across the NBA and NFL.Heads up, this is an unpaid role. We're hiring an intern to help recruit and manage TikTok creators, influencers, and affiliates. You'll be sourcing new talent, handling outreach DMs, and keeping our creator pipeline organized.What You'll Do✦ Reply to athlete DMs every day with accuracy, speed, and professionalism.✦ Build strong athlete relationships through clear and supportive communication.✦ Answer common questions and resolve athlete issues using our internal playbooks.✦ Flag unique requests or issues to the founding team quickly.✦ Qualify inbound creator and affiliate applications and route the strong ones to the team.✦ Track creator and affiliate outreach in our CRM with clean notes and follow-ups.✦ Track athlete interactions in our CRM systems (Notion plus internal tools).Ideal Candidate✦ Quick learner who can pick up internal tools and systems fast.✦ Sharp attention to detail and reliability with no mistakes in athlete onboarding.✦ Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote startup environment.✦ Comfortable with Instagram DMs and basic CRM tools.✦ Organized and dependable with a strong work ethic.✦ Strong written English and communication skills.What You'll Gain✦ Real-world experience in NIL, athlete management, and CRM operations.✦ Direct mentorship from the Electro founding team.✦ Resume-building experience in influencer marketing, affiliate ops, and creator partnerships.✦ Performance-based growth opportunities including potential paid roles down the line.✦ Hands-on exposure to a fast-growing sports nutrition startup.⚡ Join the team and help shape the future of sports hydration.
