In this role, you will support the installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of automated control systems and industrial equipment that keep our operations running efficiently. The ideal candidate brings strong technical knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and computer-controlled systems, excellent troubleshooting skills, a commitment to safety, and the ability to support a wide range of maintenance and automation activities.YOUR TASKSTroubleshoot, repair, and maintain automated control systems and related equipmentInstall, configure, and monitor control systems to support safe and efficient operationsTest and calibrate automation systems to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performanceDiagnose electrical and control system issues and implement effective solutionsProvide technical support for automation systems and collaborate with maintenance and production teamsSupport preventative maintenance activities to minimize downtime and improve system reliabilityThe EnvironmentSafety is our highest priority and safety procedures / guidelines must always be adhered to.Fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment.Work involves standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working around machineryThe job is within a non-climate-controlled environment where you will be exposed to temperature swings (hot/cold), forklift and pedestrian traffic, and noise.Collaborative culture focused on safety, quality, and reliability.QualificationsWHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE:High school diploma or equivalentTechnical training or certification in Industrial AutomationStrong mechanical aptitude and electrical troubleshooting skillsExcellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detailAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience with PLC and HMI programming; knowledge of Rockwell Studio 5000 v37, CompactLogix, and SafetyLogix preferredExperience troubleshooting and maintaining electrical systems, including VFDs, contactors, relays, and control systemsAbility to read and interpret electrical schematics and use diagnostic tools such as multimetersSupport preventative and corrective maintenance activities across the facilityEnsure all work is completed in compliance with safety policies and proceduresMaintain a clean and organized work area in line with 5S and safety expectationsAdditional Ways To Stand Out2+ years of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenanceFamiliarity with preventative maintenance programs and continuous improvement initiativesStrong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to support cross-functional departmentsAdditional InformationTHE PERKS:Immediate BenefitsPaid Time OffTuition AssistanceEmployee DiscountsCompetitive Bonus ProgramsEmployees 401k MatchEmployee Assistance Program Future Growth Opportunities, including personal and professional.And many more benefits that come with working for a global industry leader!Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
