Registered Nurse (RN) - Mother | Baby

Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Mother | Baby Duration: 13+ weeks contract (possibility of extension) Location: Morristown, NJ Schedule Notes: 7am – 7pm/7pm to 7am (3*12) Hrs. shift. Every Other Weekend Required. Payrate: $59/hour on w2 **Non-Taxable Per Diem is provided to the qualified candidate living more than 50 miles from the facility** Duties: Provide immediate postpartum care to mothers and newborns. Nursing care, monitoring, and assessment of both recovering mothers and newborn infants. Administering medication, performing blood tests, and monitoring lab results of postpartum mothers and infants. Responding to postpartum and newborn emergencies. Skills: A minimum of one year of acute care Mother Baby nursing experience in a hospital setting. Required Must be able to provide care for mother and baby as a couplet. Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. Associate or bachelor’s Degree – Preferred. License and Certifications: RN NJ State License or multi-state compact license. BLS – AHA. NRP.
