This hybrid role includes both in-office administrative duties and field work at properties located across Pinellas and Hillsborough County. You’ll work closely with Property Managers to support leasing operations and help prospective tenants find their next home. Job Type: Full-timeLanguage: Spanish (Preferred)License/Certification: Driver's License (Preferred)Willingness to travel: 75% (Required)Work Location: In personQualificationsKnowledge of local housing regulations and fair housing lawsExcellent organizational and time management skillsEnergetic, friendly, and outgoing personalityTeam-oriented and works well in a collaborative environmentStrong interpersonal and verbal communication skillsAble to work independently with minimal supervisionSkilled in building and maintaining positive relationships with both internal teams and external contactsBasic computer proficiency, including Google Sheets, Google Docs, Facebook, Craigslist, and ZillowFamiliarity with property management software and tools (preferred)Flexible availability, including occasional nights and weekends as neededSelf-motivated with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsReliable transportation required for travel between propertiesMust pass a background check and drug screeningHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredKey ResponsibilitiesAssist Property Managers in responding to guest cards and inbound leasing inquiriesMake outbound calls to pre-screen prospective tenantsReview applications and gather required documentation for manager approvalSchedule and conduct unit tours with prospective tenantsCommute to the Tampa office on designated administrative daysMaintain organized and accurate leasing recordsProvide excellent customer service to prospects and residentsOur Core ValuesAt Palm Communities, we highly value individuals with a positive attitude, passion for excellence, discipline, and integrity.
