Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Production Supervisor to lead our 2nd shift manufacturing operations with energy and precision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily production activities within a fast-paced manufacturing facility, ensuring that products are assembled efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. If you thrive in a hands-on role that combines mechanical knowledge with strong leadership skills, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our manufacturing success.Duties Supervise and coordinate daily production activities on the assembly line, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to production schedulesLead and motivate team members, providing clear direction and support to meet quality and efficiency goalsMonitor the use of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment to ensure safe and proper operationConduct regular inspections of the manufacturing floor, warehouse areas, and assembly stations to uphold safety standards and cleanlinessUtilize forklift and warehouse experience to manage material movement, inventory control, and storage logisticsTroubleshoot mechanical issues on the factory floor and collaborate with maintenance teams for timely repairsEnforce safety procedures, conduct safety training sessions, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirementsMaintain accurate production records, logs, and reports for performance tracking and continuous improvement initiativesExperience Proven factory experience in a manufacturing environment with hands-on assembly line supervisionStrong mechanical knowledge related to assembly processes, tools, and equipment operationExperience operating forklifts, power tools, hand tools, and other manufacturing machineryPrior warehouse experience including material handling, inventory management, or logistics is highly desirableDemonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams in a fast-paced settingKnowledge of safety regulations within a manufacturing or industrial environmentAbility to troubleshoot mechanical issues quickly and effectivelyJoin our team as a Production Supervisor where your leadership fuels innovation!
