Read more in our Press ReleaseKey ResponsibilitiesOwn interview coordination from end to end: schedule phone screens, virtual interviews, and onsite panels across hiring managers, candidates, and interviewersManage all candidate logistics for onsite interviews (parking, security access, directions, plant PPE requirements, etc.) to ensure a smooth candidate experienceMaintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records, interview feedback, and requisition status within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand priority roles, staffing timelines, and plant headcount needsDraft and post job descriptions to internal and external job boards, ensuring accuracy and alignment with approved templates and brandingCoordinate hiring events, job fairs, open interviews, and campus visits, including room reservations, invitations, and post-event follow-upSend interview confirmations, reminders, and follow-up communications to candidates, ensuring timely and professional touchpointsSupport pre-employment processes such as background checks, drug screens, medicals/fit tests, and work authorization documentation by coordinating with candidates and third-party vendorsPrepare and route offer letters for approval and delivery, ensuring alignment with compensation guidelines and hiring policiesTrack key recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, candidate pipeline, interview volume, offer acceptance, etc.) and support the generation of weekly or monthly reportsIdentify bottlenecks in the interview and hiring process and recommend improvements to enhance speed and candidate experienceHelp maintain compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to hiring, documentation, and record retentionCoordinate onboarding logistics for new hires (orientation schedules, equipment requests, badge/IT access requests) in partnership with HR and OperationsProvide day-to-day administrative support to the Talent/People team (meeting notes, template updates, document organization) as neededQualifications2+ years of experience in a Recruiting Coordinator, Talent Operations, HR Coordinator, or similar roleExperience coordinating interviews and candidate communication in a fast-paced, high-volume environment (manufacturing or operations preferred)Hands-on experience with at least one Applicant Tracking System (ATS) requiredFamiliarity with Ashby or demonstrated ability to quickly learn new ATS platforms; Ashby experience strongly preferredProficiency with productivity tools such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (especially calendar management, spreadsheets, and documents)Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, candidate-friendly toneDemonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretionBasic understanding of recruiting and hiring workflows (requisitions, interviews, offer, pre-employment, onboarding)What You’ll BringProven track record of juggling multiple competing priorities and deadlines without dropping detailsExceptional organizational skills with a strong focus on accuracy in scheduling and data entryCustomer service mindset and a passion for delivering a smooth, respectful candidate experienceComfort working with hourly, skilled trades, and professional candidates in a manufacturing settingAbility to build strong working relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, HR, and plant leadershipData orientation: comfortable pulling simple reports, maintaining trackers, and using data to inform decisionsResourcefulness and initiative in resolving conflicts (e.g., last-minute schedule changes, interviewer conflicts, plant access issues)Growth mindset and openness to learning new systems, tools, and recruiting best practicesYour Work StyleThrives in a fast-moving, high-volume environment with frequent changes and shifting prioritiesHighly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable in follow-throughCollaborative team player who proactively communicates and keeps stakeholders updatedCalm and solutions-oriented under pressure, especially when dealing with urgent hiring needs or schedule conflictsComfortable operating with clear processes while continuously suggesting improvementsFully committed to supporting an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience, and to helping the business meet its staffing goalsCompensation Range: $45K - $65K
