Position Summary: The Technical Program Manager will lead and manage enterprise technology programs across the company's enterprise. This individual will assess the current technology ecosystem, identify opportunities for improvement, and oversee projects that strengthen system continuity, reduce risk, and enhance operational performance. Ideal Candidate Profile: We are seeking a dynamic, adaptable technical leader who thrives in a fast-paced, small-company environment. This person should be comfortable wearing multiple hats, combining technical acumen with program leadership, and able to guide cross-functional teams through full project lifecycles. Key Requirements:The candidate should be based in the Denver Metro Area with flexibility to travel to Aspen as needed.They should have proven experience delivering enterprise-level technology projects, with strong program and project management skills grounded in technical understanding.Industry experience in consumer goods or consumer services type companies.They will have experience managing enterprise system migrations and be familiar with API connectivity, ensuring stable and low-support integrations.A working knowledge of systems such as POS, Financial, WMS, and ERP is important, along with the ability to understand how these systems interconnect to lead technical projects effectively.They should be skilled at managing vendor and integrator relationships, serving as a key stakeholder to align external partners with internal technology goals.A self-starter attitude and problem-solving mindset are critical, along with the ability to work independently.The ideal candidate will have a collaborative leadership style with excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset with a hands-on approach, strong organizational and prioritization abilities, and the ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable technical programs.
