Project Manager

Desired Qualifications: Generate subcontractor scope subcontractor project specific agreements (PSA’s) and client Master Contract documents Authorship and preparation of billing statements (AIA G702/703 “Schedule of Values / SOV”) and job costing data (Flash Reports) Participate in project estimating and project on-boarding Participate in jobsite sequencing and critical path scheduling - GANTT format and short form weekly scheduling in collaboration with Project Superintendent and Project Engineer Administer subcontractor scope buy-outs and identify RFP rebuy and VE opportunities Interface with client, architect, and vendors during the project. Host OAC meetings on a regular basis Identify inaccuracies in construction documents and generated Vero Estimates Write Change Order scope and assist with detailing altered scope and schedules to estimators Maintain job site subcontractor schedule with Project Superintendent Maintain job financials as bid in relationship to project percent completed Interface with draftsmen, foreman and superintendents to schedule and identify workflow details Attend site walk throughs and meetings with clients and subcontractors as required Attend weekly Project Management and planning meetings Project Managers should be fluent in: Reading and interpreting architectural/MEP drawings Microsoft Suite(Word, XLS) Google Docs/Sheets platform and Google Drive sharing Operating interlinked spreadsheets(XLS, Google Sheets) to compile Change Orders and SOV’s Bluebeam Project Managers will be expected to interact with : Technology: Google Calendar and Teleconferencing applications (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, GoogleMeet) AUTOCAD, Rhino and/or Sketchup, with fluency for design/concept illustration and communication Bluebeam Personnel: Vero Managing Members and project staff Administrators, HR and bookkeepers Insurance, legal and accounting outside support firms Clients, Vendors and Subcontractors Compensation Based on Experience Job Type: Full-time Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Schedule: 8 hour shift Work Location: In person
