We serve students aged 5–21 with autism and emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges, focusing on individualized learning, therapeutic integration, and collaboration to empower student growth. As an Instructional Coach, you will enhance teaching practices through collaborative coaching, support standards-based instruction, and promote inclusive, engaging learning environments.Requirements include a Bachelor's or Master's in special education or a related field, valid Pennsylvania Instructional II certification, experience coaching or mentoring, and strong knowledge of curriculum alignment.
