Oversee custom modules, theming, APIs, and integrations. Establish coding standards and development best practices. Manage Composer and Configuration Management workflows. Optimize performance with Redis, Varnish, and caching. Support CI/CD, Git, automated testing, and DevOps. Ensure WCAG, Section 508, USWDS, FISMA, and FedRAMP compliance. Maintain Drupal security patching and configuration hardening. Mentor developers and support Agile delivery. Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Extensive Drupal 9/10+ experience. Strong PHP, Twig, HTML, CSS, JavaScript skills. Drupal APIs, Composer, CMI expertise. Experience with CI/CD, Git, DevOps, Redis, Varnish, and Agile. Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance. Preferred QualificationsFederal Drupal modernization experience. Acquia or cloud-hosted Drupal experience. Acquia Drupal certification. Experience leading technical teams.
