Our work environment includes: Modern office setting Growth opportunities On-the-job training Front Desk Agent ALL SHIFTS (7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm & 11pm-7am) Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Register guests and assign rooms, ensuring all necessary information is obtained - Answer phone calls and provide information to guests or transfer calls to appropriate departments - Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately - Process payments and maintain guest accounts - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Assist with reservations and room assignments as needed - Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience Qualifications: - Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities - Proficient in using phone systems and computer software (e.g., reservation systems, Microsoft Office) - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options is a plus - Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Join our team as a Front Desk Agent and be part of creating memorable experiences for our guests.
