Job DutiesManage a large volume of cases.Liaise with clients, insurance adjusters, opposing counsel, and medical providers.Coordinate with insurance adjusters and claims representatives to obtain authorization for medications, treatments, and surgeries for clients.Draft routine motions, subpoenas, discovery requests, and correspondence.Prepare and compile specials for insurance carriers.Request clients' itemized bills and medical records.Spanish fluency is a plus.
