Job DescriptionPrimary Care Physician – Senior-Focused Outpatient Practice Winston- Salem, NCSalary: $225K-315KA rapidly expanding, senior-focused outpatient care organization is seeking dedicated Primary Care Physicians who want to practice medicine with purpose. This model is built for physicians who value time with patients, strong team-based support, and a meaningful role in improving the health and well-being of older adults. Evaluate and treat patients using evidence-based standards. Work closely with a multidisciplinary care team—including NPs/PAs, nurses, behavioral health specialists, social workers, clinical pharmacists, care coordinators, and quality-based coders. Participate in daily huddles, collaborate on care plans, and ensure accurate documentation aligned with quality and value-based standards. Current or attainable medical license in the state of practice. Strong interest in senior care and value-based medicine. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in geriatrics, Medicare Advantage, VBC, HEDIS, or EMR systems is helpful—but not required for motivated learners. Candidates must be pursuing full-time, Monday–Friday employment.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary range of $225,000–$315,000 depending on experience and location.
