Project Manager - Special Projects

Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Special Projects across commercial and tenant-improvement portfolios. The role is focused on delivering interior renovation and tenant-improvement projects often in critical environments on time, on budget, and to quality and safety standards. The Project Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage schedules and budgets, liaise with clients and stakeholders, and apply construction and commercial best practices.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of special projects, including commercial tenant improvements and interior renovations, from pre-construction through closeout.Develop, maintain and drive project schedules using Primavera P6 and coordinate milestone tracking across teams and subcontractors.Manage project budgets, forecasts, change orders, and commercial agreements; maintain cost control and margin protection.Oversee work in critical environments (e.g., data centers, labs, cleanrooms), implementing required protocols and sequencing to protect sensitive systems and operations.Coordinate design review and constructability feedback with architects, engineers and consultants; manage submittals, RFIs, and design changes.Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, vendors and onsite teams to ensure quality, safety and on-time delivery.Use Vista (or equivalent project/construction management software) to manage contracts, procurement and cost reporting.Utilize Autodesk (AutoCAD/Revit), PlanGrid and Bluebeam for document control, markups, drawings coordination and quality assurance.Conduct regular project meetings, prepare status reports and present project updates to clients and senior leadership.Implement and enforce safety, compliance and quality-control procedures; conduct site inspections and punch-list management to ensure client satisfaction.QualificationsBachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field, or equivalent experience.5+ years of project management experience in commercial construction, tenant improvements and interior renovation projects; proven track record delivering complex projects.Demonstrated experience managing projects in critical environments (data centers, labs, healthcare, cleanrooms) and familiarity with associated protocols.Proficiency in Primavera P6, Vista (or equivalent CM software), Autodesk (AutoCAD/Revit), PlanGrid and Bluebeam.Strong commercial skills: budgeting, cost control, contract administration, and change management.Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder-management abilities; able to coordinate multiple teams and disciplines.PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.OSHA 10/30 or equivalent safety training preferred; ability to manage safety and compliance requirements on site.Willingness to travel to job sites as required and perform periodic site inspections and client meetings.BenefitsCompetitive Base Salary: $150k - $180kLucrative BonusHealth InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsuranceLife InsurancePaid Parental Leave401(k) w/ company match8 paid Holidays3 weeks Paid Time Off  Email Your Resume In Word ToKayton.Nimmo@CyberCoders.comLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
