The focus is on delivering flawless service execution, maintaining strict brand standards, and developing team capability through hands-on coaching. The role also plays a key part in service recovery and reports directly to the Director of Operations.Must-Have Skills:Luxury hospitality operations leadership – Proven ability to lead front and back of house teams in a high-end, service-driven environmentTeam leadership & coaching – Strong experience developing, mentoring, and holding teams accountable to performance and service standardsGuest service & recovery expertise – Ability to resolve escalated guest issues quickly while maintaining a premium service experienceNice to Have Skills:Airport or high-volume hospitality experience – Familiarity with fast-paced, regulated, or high-traffic environmentsBrand standards execution – Experience enforcing strict service protocols and luxury brand consistencyMulti-unit or cross-functional coordination – Exposure to working across departments or managing complex operational workflows
