Lead Resident Engineer

Overview In this role you will lead a multi-year, high-value water transmission program in the Chicagoland area, supervising a team of Resident Engineers and coordinating with design and operations staff. You’ll ensure contract conformance, safety, and quality while managing cost and schedule for complex infrastructure work. You’ll influence project delivery across multidisciplinary teams and drive client-focused outcomes.
